2026 Fall Gathering Survey/Class of '72 Turns 72

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 4 years since our 50-Year Class Reunion on October 8, 2022, and nearly 3 years since several of us gathered for a potluck luncheon on October 18, 2023.

Too much time has passed—let’s plan another get-together this fall! Will any of you who live out of state be back in Michigan during September or October? It would be wonderful to catch up and reconnect with you!

The venue we’re considering is Uptown Grille, located at:

3100 E. West Maple Rd.

Commerce Township, MI 48390

They can accommodate groups of up to 30 people while allowing everyone to order from the regular menu. We expect our group will be around 20–30 people. Please note that for groups of more than 20, the restaurant requires a single check for the entire group. If attendance exceeds 30, they offer a buffet-style meal only.

Please take our survey to let us know whether you’re interested in attending and which of the following dates you’re available. You’ll also have the opportunity to indicate your first, second, and third choices. We’ll reserve the date that works best for the majority.

We can meet at 1:00 p.m. on whichever date we agree on. These are the options we are starting with:

• Wednesday, September 30
• Thursday, October 1
• Tuesday, October 6
• Wednesday, October 7

Don’t delay! Please complete the survey no later than Monday, August 17, indicating which dates you are available. We will do our best to accommodate the majority.

Based on the survey results, we will call to reserve the space for our group.
